Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional needs Develop and implement tailored treatment plans focused on improving daily living activities (ADLs), motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence Assist clients with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, feeding, and personal hygiene to promote autonomy Coordinate discharge planning by preparing clients for transition from hospital or facility to home or community settings Collaborate with speech therapists, physical therapists, physicians, educators, and other professionals to deliver holistic care Manage medical documentation accurately within electronic health records (EHR) systems while adhering to clinical documentation standards Provide specialized interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), neurodevelopmental disorders, geriatrics, pediatrics, and those in occupational health or skilled nursing facilities Skills Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities across various age groups and settings including inpatient care, outpatient clinics, schools, home health, and skilled nursing facilities Expertise in conducting occupational therapy assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans aligned with client goals Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and clinical practices relevant to occupational therapy Skilled in assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), discharge planning, case management, and implementing occupational therapy programs Experience working with children with disabilities such as autism spectrum disorder or those in early intervention programs; familiarity with working with students with special education needs is highly desirable Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families; collaborate within interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care delivery Proficiency in medical documentation standards and electronic health records management; understanding of clinical interprofessional collaboration principles Join us to empower individuals through expert occupational therapy services that foster independence and improve quality of life. Pay:

$51.16 - $61.62 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
