We're a family-centered, holistic practice supporting children's development from roots to bloom, and we're looking for a neurodiversity-affirming Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our in-home team full-time in La Verne, CA. What You'll Do:
Provide assessment and therapy services for children ages 0-3 years in-home and in-clinic Supervise OT assistants and create client treatment plans Collaborate with caregivers Implement engaging, child-led treatment sessions guided by family goals and client interests Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes Participate in regular interdisciplinary meetings with our lead

What We're Looking For:
Current California OTR/L license Reliable transportation Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit Prior experience in early intervention, parent coaching, or child-led therapy models Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required Ready to Grow With Us?
