This position is ideal for a passionate OT interested in delivering effective, student-centered care in a flexible setting. You'll manage a caseload of students across two primary school sites, supported by on-site paraeducators who help facilitate seamless telehealth sessions. With 10-12 hours per week and the freedom to craft your own schedule, you can balance meaningful work with your other commitments.

Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist license Experience in school settings, serving K-12 students Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and remote session delivery Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt therapy approaches to suit diverse learning needs Capable of working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual OT assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for students identified with need Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals Collaborate with educators, paras, and parents to ensure consistent support for each student Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance and progress tracking Support and train on-site staff to facilitate efficient teletherapy delivery Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable OT insight for student success Enjoy a rewarding position where you can make a lasting impact on students academic and life skillsall while benefiting from a highly flexible schedule.
