Qualifications & Experience Needed:
Valid Occupational Therapy license for California Prior experience in school-based OT services preferred Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload of K-12 students Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group OT interventions to students across several schools Conduct thorough assessments and develop targeted treatment plans Document progress in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student growth Adapt strategies for multiple grade levels and learning differences
