$93,500-$110,000 per year, based on experiencePosition SummaryWe are seeking a Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to children in a collaborative pediatric therapy environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of pediatric clinical experience and a strong commitment to helping children develop functional, sensory, perceptual, and motor skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and document findings.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's clinical needs.

Provide direct occupational therapy services and monitor patient progress.

Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation and goal tracking.

Develop and implement home programs as appropriate.

Incorporate perceptual, motor, sensory-based, and functional strategies into treatment plans.

Participate in discharge planning and ensure appropriate transition of care.

Provide guidance, training, and support to occupational therapy interns and volunteers.

Participate in staff meetings, clinical trainings, and in-service education.

Collaborate with other healthcare and therapy professionals to support patient outcomes.

Lead or present training sessions when appropriate.

Required QualificationsCurrent registration/certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).Current California Occupational Therapy license through the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT).Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a pediatric therapy setting.

Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.

Commitment to providing high-quality, child-centered care.
