Pediatric Occupational Therapist Whole Child Occupational Therapy is looking for a passionate and dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our growing team! This role includes providing occupational therapy services to children, in homes, at local schools and in our Windsor clinic. Why Join Us? Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy interventions tailored to each child's needs Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals (e.g., speech therapists, psychologists, case managers) to ensure comprehensive care Educate families and school staff on strategies to support children's independence and well-being
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Valid California OT license and NBCOT certification Experience working with children (ages 0-3 and/or school-based) preferred —training provided if needed Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Knowledge of best practices, laws, and regulations in pediatric occupational therapy If you're passionate about making a difference in children's lives, we'd love to hear from you! wholechildoccupationaltherapy.com
