Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapy license required Strong knowledge of OT practices for school-aged children Previous experience in a school environment is highly preferred Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt approaches to meet individual student needs Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative OT services to K-12 students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs Assess students needs and document progress, adjusting strategies as necessary Conduct screenings and evaluations in accordance with district guidelines Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment for all students Deliver therapy sessions onsite, adhering to each childs prescribed plan Participate in team meetings, offering insights and recommendations for student care Enjoy comprehensive weekly compensation, as well as a robust benefits package featuring medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus 401k matching.
