Key Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist licensure for school settings Previous experience working with children or youth in educational environments Comprehensive understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, families, and staff Commitment to delivering engaging, individualized therapy sessions

Core Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to a caseload of 14 students, addressing their educational and functional needs Assess, plan, implement, and monitor therapy goals in accordance with student-specific plans Maintain thorough and accurate records that support students progress and compliance guidelines Work closely with educators and families to develop effective strategies that enable academic success and personal growth Participate in IEP meetings and team collaborations to ensure optimum outcomes for each student
