Job Description

Schedule :
Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time Considered)
Duration :
2026-2027 School Year The Occupational Therapist will provide educationally-based occupational therapy services to students across a variety of learning environments, including general education, inclusion settings, and specialized programs. The district is seeking clinicians who are able to work independently and do not require supervision.
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with student IEPs. Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Qualifications:
Active Delaware Occupational Therapist license. Previous pediatric, school-based, or special education experience preferred. Ability to independently manage caseload and service delivery. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience working with students with diverse learning and developmental needs preferred.
Position Details:
Elementary and Secondary placements available. Full-time preferred; part-time candidates may be considered. School-year schedule. Immediate interviews available. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
