Desired Qualifications:

Current and active FL Occupational Therapist license Experience in school-based OT settings, especially with elementary and middle-aged students, preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to evolving student needs and caseload size Knowledge of IEP processes and school documentation expectations

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students across elementary and middle school environments Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs Develop and implement effective intervention plans tailored to individual goals Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support Document progress and maintain up-to-date records in accordance with school guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning This position offers 40 hours per week across a standard five-day schedule, with caseload details to be determined.
