In this vital position, you will use your expertise to empower learners and provide valuable supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), ensuring high-quality care and service delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist credentials in Georgia (OT in GA required) Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred Collaborative approach to working with educators and support staff Previous supervisory experience a plus, especially overseeing COTAs Effective communication and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with challenges affecting their school performance Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic activities tailored to students needs Supervise and guide COTA team members, offering expertise and feedback Maintain clear and timely records in compliance with school policies and regulations Collaborate with classroom teachers, school counselors, and families for holistic student support Provide ongoing education and consultation to school staff on OT best practices This contract role offers a consistent MondayFriday schedule, averaging 37.5 hours per week, for those who enjoy working with a diverse K-12 caseload.
