The center has been dedicated to providing personalized care since 2001, fostering a supportive environment for diverse patient needs. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult occupational therapy. This role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to enhance patient independence and functional abilities while collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual goals and medical conditions. Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence in personal care, grooming, and household tasks. Support discharge planning by coordinating care transitions across inpatient, outpatient, or community settings. Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, educators, and case managers to ensure holistic patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation within electronic health records (EHR) systems in compliance with healthcare regulations. Qualifications Valid licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and occupational therapy assessments. Demonstrated ability to develop treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions effectively. Familiarity with medical documentation standards and electronic health records management. Excellent client communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an interprofessional team environment.
