Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist Prior experience or strong interest in providing occupational therapy within a school setting Ability to evaluate students and develop creative interventions tailored to their needs Strong communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators Familiarity with IEP development and special education processes is a plus Compassion, patience, and a positive, proactive approach
