You'll see real clinical variety across the ICU, stroke, trauma, and post-surgical units at a Level II Trauma center, with a patient-first pace and leadership that invests in your growth. Cross-training is encouraged to build a versatile hospital skillset, and structured new-grad onboarding with dedicated mentorship makes for a smooth transition into acute.
