Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license (state-specific) Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Flexible, positive attitude and adaptability to fast-paced school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy services to students with a range of abilities and needs Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans that support student success and independence Maintain timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and legal standards Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal-setting, and provide resources or training for staff and families Collaborate with other school professionals to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
