Qualifications and Experience:

Active Idaho Occupational Therapist license required School-based OT experience preferred, but not mandatory Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload with professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy services to a manageable caseload: 57 students for 30 minutes each per month, 1 student for weekly 30-minute sessions, and 2 students for monthly consults Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students educational needs and goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless support and integration of therapy into the school environment Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and communication according to best practices and compliance standards Provide consultative support to staff and families, offering strategies to foster student success and independence in school routines
