Requirements:

Active Idaho Occupational Therapy License (OT) Experience with pediatric or school-based occupational therapy preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt therapy techniques for diverse needs and student abilities Commitment to maintaining accurate records and compliance with pertinent regulations

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct OT services in accordance with IEP requirements to a caseload of 5-7 students for 30 minutes monthly Provide OT sessions to one student on a weekly 30-minute basis Conduct consultation for two students each month Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and adjust intervention plans Complete required documentation and progress reporting in a timely manner Stay current on best practices, ensuring students receive evidence-based care Start as soon as possible, with the position running through May 25, 2027 Maintain a flexible schedule of 57 hours monthly to meet student therapy needs Perks include highly competitive compensation, weekly direct deposit, and full insurance options covering medical, dental, vision, and life.
