Job Description

This contract position offers the chance to impact lives in both high school and K-3rd grade settings while enjoying the stability of consistent, onsite hours during the 26/27 school year. Work hands-on with students to help them build skills and reach their full potential.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Illinois Occupational Therapist License Prior experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred Comfortable working district-wide, collaborating with various teams Passion for helping children and adolescents develop functional and academic skills Strong communication skills to connect with teachers, parents, and administrators
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in high school and K-3rd grade Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress Collaborate with educators to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom routines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your insight to multidisciplinary teams Educate families, teachers, and staff on best practices to support students' growth Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state standards
