Responsible for evaluating, establishing and implementing the plan of care to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of a body part. Education
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Licenses and Certification
Illinois license in Occupational Therapy or eligible
BLS Experience and Skills

Technical Experience:

N/A Role Specific Responsibilities

Performs thorough evaluation
Develops appropriate Plan of Care
Implements Plan of Care
Documentation is accurate, complete and timely
Provides supervision to assistants, rehab techs, and students Compensation (Commensurate with experience): $50.
