Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Current and valid Occupational Therapist license Experience working in pediatric or school-based environments preferred Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families Adaptable and enthusiastic, with a collaborative mindset Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuing professional development

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy interventions for students across various grade levels Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate therapeutic activities into students daily routines Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning Document services, maintain accurate records, and communicate outcomes effectively Support inclusive practices that promote maximum participation for all students
