Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based rehab services in our inpatient setting. You will evaluate functional abilities, create and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve independence and safety. Document assessments, goals, and progress in the EMR accurately and timely. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab team members on coordinated care plans. Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, adaptive equipment, and safety strategies. Participate in team conferences and contribute to discharge planning and goal setting. Uphold quality, regulatory, and documentation standards for inpatient rehabilitation. Support a culture of integrity, innovation, and continuous clinical improvement.
