We are looking to connect with Occupational Therapists (OTs) who are interested in joining our team for in-clinic services, school-based contract work, or both. We are a clinician-owned private practice committed to providing individualized, collaborative, and family-centered services. We are looking for an enthusiastic OT who enjoys working with children and wants the flexibility of a smaller, supportive practice. About the Opportunities In-Clinic Occupational Therapy Our clinic is looking for an OT to provide individualized occupational therapy services to children in a private-practice setting. Depending on your experience and interests, caseloads may include: Fine motor development Visual-motor and visual-perceptual skills Handwriting Sensory processing and regulation Activities of daily living Executive functioning Motor planning and coordination Self-care skills School-readiness skills Play skills Other areas within the OT's scope of practice We are open to clinicians who would like to build their caseload and grow an OT program within our practice. School-Based Contract Opportunities We are also seeking OTs interested in providing school-based occupational therapy services through contract arrangements.

School contracts may include:

Direct occupational therapy services Occupational therapy evaluations IEP participation IEP goal development and recommendations Consultation with teachers and school staff Collaboration with other related-service providers Classroom consultation and observations Progress documentation Other services required by the school or student's IEP School-based opportunities may be available on a part-time or contract basis depending on district needs. Responsibilities Complete evaluations and assessments as appropriate Develop individualized treatment plans and goals Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services Document sessions and student/client progress Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and other professionals Collaborate with SLPs and other related-service providers Participate in IEP meetings and school team meetings when applicable Provide recommendations and strategies to support functional participation Maintain a professional, supportive, and child-centered environment Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent Current Massachusetts OT license NBCOT certification Experience working with children preferred School-based experience preferred for school contract positions Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Passion for providing individualized, high-quality care Why Work With Blue Sea?
