Job Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time Autumn Lake at Birch Manor | Sykesville, MD $43-$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Birch Manor. In this full-time role, you'll provide individualized occupational therapy focused on helping residents improve safety, daily function, and overall independence. What You'll Do Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled interventions addressing ADLs, strength, coordination, balance, and functional performance Establish meaningful therapy goals and monitor resident progress Recommend adaptive equipment and techniques to support safe daily activities Modify plans of care based on resident needs and response to treatment Educate residents and caregivers on strategies that support independence Complete required clinical documentation Collaborate with COTAs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team What We Offer $43-$50/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Team-oriented rehabilitation environment Varied short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities to grow professionally Qualifications Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license required Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply If you're an OT who enjoys helping residents regain skills and achieve greater independence, we encourage you to apply.
