Qualifications:

Active ME OT License required Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to adapt strategies to meet individual student needs Organized, compassionate, and committed to fostering student success COTA and OT professionals welcome

Responsibilities:

Provide targeted occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups Conduct assessments and develop customized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student progress Maintain thorough documentation and monitor student outcomes Offer consultative support to staff on integrating therapy strategies into the classroom Ensure compliance with all confidentiality and ethical guidelines Flexibly support students across PreK-12 as needed
