What You'll Bring:

Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Maine Prior experience in school-based, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy OT roles Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with students, families, and educators Adaptability to manage a varied caseload and tailor interventions to individual needs Passion for empowering students to achieve their highest potential

Responsibilities:

Serve approximately 50 students, delivering effective and creative OT interventions aligned with their unique goals Work part-time, 2-3 days per week, averaging around 20 hours weekly Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for students with a wide range of needs Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, providing training and guidance related to student care Document progress and maintain compliance with relevant school and healthcare regulations Utilize teletherapy and home health services as appropriate to support student access and progress Experience comprehensive support through a tailored benefits package, starting immediately and extending through June 18, 2027.
