Job Description

Essentia Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services within our integrated Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will assess functional needs, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver individualized interventions to help patients maximize independence in daily activities. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
