Job Description
Overview The Occupational Therapist Float is responsible and accountable for residents' evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions. Responsibilities Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents' needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plan. Plans for residents' discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents' needs. Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents. Provides treatment to all BHS communities as needed; may be required to travel to multiple sites in a day. Qualifications Qualifications Required Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, in good standing. Bachelor's degree. EEO/AA/Vet Friendly Salary Range $40.00 - $52.00 / hour
