Key Qualifications:

Hold a current Occupational Therapist license (OT) valid in Minnesota Previous experience in a school setting preferred; strong new graduates are welcome to apply Proficient in delivering therapeutic services to middle school students Comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet diverse individual needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to address students physical, cognitive, and social skills Collaborate with educational teams to support classroom modifications and inclusion Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with school policies and regulations Participate in IEP meetings and goal planning with staff and parents Provide training to staff and resources for families as needed This full-time, onsite opportunity offers a fulfilling way to advance your skills while making a difference in middle school students lives.
