Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine students therapy requirements within educational settings Design and employ strategies to enhance fine motor skills, sensory integration, and independence Provide direct and consultative OT services to students from diverse backgrounds Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and actively contribute to the IEP process Train teachers and parents on strategies to support skill development both in and out of the classroom Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and communication with school personnel Promote a supportive, inclusive environment that fosters growth and confidence in every student
