Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state Previous experience in a school-based OT setting is highly valued Strong understanding of pediatric development and school OT best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to changing schedules Commitment to providing compassionate and evidence-based therapy

Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted occupational therapy services to meet students individual educational needs Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop personalized intervention plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support each students progress Document therapy sessions, IEPs, goals, and outcomes in a timely and organized fashion Provide consultation and support to teachers and families on strategies and accommodations for student success Participate in IEP meetings as an OT expert and trusted advisor Experience the satisfaction of helping students grow and succeed while enjoying a unique working schedule.
