Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Masters degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active OT license (or eligibility for licensure) in North Dakota Previous experience (clinical or school-based) working with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and build rapport with students and staff
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' educational needs Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to foster student success Conduct assessments, document progress, and contribute to IEP meetings Utilize adaptive equipment and interventions to enhance students' participation Serve as a resource and advocate for occupational therapy within the school setting
