Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapy license, or eligibility, in Nebraska Experience providing OT services within a school environment preferred Understanding of IEPs, assessment tools, and student-centered therapy planning Strong communication and collaboration abilities Adaptability and drive to thrive in new school settings
Responsibilities:
Conduct student evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEPs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams for student support Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Adapt therapy approaches to meet each childs unique needs
