Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role for the 2026-2027 school year supporting students through expert occupational therapy services. This contract opportunity offers a balanced workweek—four days onsite, totaling 30 hours per week—split evenly between two local districts. You'll work two days per week at each location, providing vital support to help students reach their potential in both academic and life skills within a supportive school environment.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience working in school-based settings is highly valued Strong organization and collaboration skills for managing caseloads across multiple locations Ability to create and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs Effective communication skills for coordinating with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs Implement therapeutic interventions, adapting activities and environments to promote participation and functional independence Collaborate closely with educators, counselors, and support staff to integrate therapy into students' daily routines Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations or modifications Foster a positive, inclusive environment where every student thrives This is an excellent chance to make a real impact while enjoying variety in your weekly schedule and building connections at two vibrant school communities.
