Adaptive Pediatric Therapy is growing and looking for an experienced and motivated pediatric OT with feeding and myo interest to join our team. At APT we provide high quality therapy and are looking to expand our specialty feeding program. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation and experience with general pediatric feeding therapy, and therefore will be ready to hit the ground running in our mentorship program for infant feeding and myofunctional therapy. Caseload will consist primarily of infants, as well as toddlers with oral dysfunction and restriction, and myofunctional and feeding therapy for preschoolers and school aged children. This is a unique opportunity to be trained and mentored in our unique whole body approach to feeding therapy, specialized infant feeding program, and expert tongue tie care. We are looking for a candidate who is as invested in our team as we are in them, and therefore request only serious inquires for applicants seeking the right long term 'work family'. Flexible hours, independence over scheduling, and a high level of mentorship are just some of the benefits that come from becoming a part of our small private practice team. Position hours are flexible, starting at part time with a significant portion of time spent on training and mentorship as caseload builds. While primarily based out of our clinic in Tilton, travel may also be required to complete home/community visits within our service area. We have a lengthy waitlist for our traditional/non feeding program as well, so a candidate that is able to treat a mixed caseload is preferred. Candidates for this position must have a strong foundation in pediatrics, passion for feeding therapy, and EXPERIENCE or
EAGERNESS TO TRAIN
in the following areas: infant handling and motor milestones infant feeding intro to solids pediatric oral motor myofunctional therapy oral habit elimination programs SOS feeding NH state licensure required. This is not an entry level position- candidates must demonstrate skill and experience in at least some of the above areas.
