Join a company where your clinical knowledge, hands-on skills, and treatment ideas help shape the care we deliver. At Garden State Therapy Group, occupational therapists are key members of our multidisciplinary team, helping optimize patient function while treating pain, injuries, and functional limitations across the body. From athletes returning to their sport to patients recovering from injury and rebuilding strength, mobility, and function, you will evaluate, treat, and progress care around each patient's goals. Bring your clinical reasoning, your exercise strategies, and your commitment to finding the approach that helps each person move forward. Your expertise matters here, and so does your potential. Whether you are an experienced occupational therapist, a new graduate, or preparing for your licensing exam, we want to hear from you. What Makes GSTG Different GSTG is fully family and clinician owned. We are rapidly expanding throughout New Jersey while preserving the individualized, one-on-one care and personal relationships that built our first clinic. Our founder and CEO, Noah Miller, started GSTG in 2015 as its sole clinician. Today, with 10+ locations across North, Central, and South Jersey, he continues to provide direct patient care and lead by example. A Pivotal Role in a Team That Works Together Across GSTG, occupational therapy, physical therapy, chiropractic, and acupuncture bring their knowledge and skills together to deliver comprehensive, individualized care. Your understanding of movement and function, hands-on treatment approaches, and exercise progressions are central to that work. We want you to bring ideas, discuss clinical challenges, and help refine treatment strategies with the clinicians involved in each patient's care. Share findings, coordinate goals, learn from different perspectives, and contribute your own. As a key member of the care team, your clinical judgment helps shape treatment and exercise strategies that improve functional outcomes and help patients reach their full potential. You will work with approachable leaders and experienced clinicians who value what you know, welcome your initiative, and support your continued development. Build Your Confidence With People Who Support You Many of our incredible current team members began their careers at GSTG. We take pride in helping clinicians develop their skills and find their strengths, and we are ready to invest that same attention in you.
Our support includes:
Strong onboarding and ongoing clinical mentorship. Guidance with evaluations, treatment planning, documentation, and time management. Collaboration with clinicians who share ideas and learn from one another. Personal attention to your professional goals and continuing development. New graduates and candidates preparing for their licensing exam are strongly encouraged to apply. If Growth Is Your Goal, Grow With GSTG! GSTG is opening new locations and building the teams that will guide our future. This is an exciting time to contribute your ideas and grow with us. Whether you want to deepen your clinical expertise, mentor others, or pursue leadership, we want to help you move forward. Our Accelerated Leadership Pathway Program offers guidance and development for clinicians interested in greater responsibility. Wherever your ambition leads you, we make it our goal to help you achieve it! Benefits Worth Getting Excited About Medical insurance premiums fully paid by GSTG, approximately $9,000 in value. Bonus opportunity every month, up to $12,000 annually, in addition to base salary. Dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. 401(k). Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays. Flexible schedules. Continuing education opportunities and support. Employee referral program. Ongoing mentorship and professional development. What You'll Do Evaluate patients with pain, injuries, and functional limitations across the body, assessing movement, strength, mobility, coordination, and endurance. Develop individualized treatment plans that support injury recovery and a return to work, exercise, sports, and other meaningful activities. Deliver hands-on treatment, progressive therapeutic exercise, functional rehabilitation, and meaningful patient education. Track changes in pain, movement, and functional performance, and progress treatment toward each patient's goals. Play a key role in optimizing patient function by sharing your findings, treatment ideas, and exercise strategies with other involved GSTG clinicians. Maintain accurate, timely documentation. What You Bring A degree from an accredited occupational therapy program. An active New Jersey OT license or progress toward licensure. Clinical curiosity, an interest in hands-on outpatient rehabilitation, and a commitment to developing your assessment and treatment skills.
