Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy school. For cost center 6367 only: One to two years of clinical experience, within the past five years in an inpatient facility or home health agency. For cost center 6368 only: One to two years of pediatric occupational therapy experience or strong pediatric affiliation.Licenses and Certifications Required:
