This is a full-time, contract role for the entire 2026/27 school year, offering an engaging onsite experience where youll collaborate closely with educational teams and families near San Acacia, NM.

What Were Looking For:

Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Experience working in school-based or elementary settings preferred Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans for children with various needs Strong interpersonal and communication skills to partner with staff and families Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to addressing student goals Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and ongoing professional growth

Your Role Will Include:

Delivering direct occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students onsite Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Monitoring and documenting progress towards therapy goals Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multi-disciplinary team efforts Providing insights and resources to support student engagement and participation in classroom activities
