Job Description

This part-time contract opportunity is perfect for an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist who thrives in a collaborative educational environment. With a flexible schedule of 20-25 hours per week, you'll support K-12 scholars, helping them achieve their full potential.

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade Develop and implement intervention plans based on assessment outcomes Attend and participate in IEP meetings to help shape student goals and services Partner closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student growth Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Contribute to positive, team-focused problem solving for students' diverse needs

Qualifications:

Valid New Mexico Occupational Therapist license New Mexico Occupational Therapist PED certification Previous experience with pediatric or school-based populations is strongly preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work seamlessly within interdisciplinary teams Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centered care This rewarding role offers compensation ranging from $38 to $45 per hour, dependent on experience.
