Qualifications:
Current Occupational Therapist licensure Experience providing OT services in a school environment (preferred) Comfortable working with students across K-12 grades Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual needs Passion for supporting student success in an educational setting
Responsibilities:
Assess students abilities and collaborate on the development of IEPs Deliver direct and consultative OT services designed for the unique needs of each student Document progress, maintain compliance, and participate in team meetings Engage with school staff and families to provide recommendations and resources Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment Manage scheduling and prioritize caseload requirements This W-2 role provides a flexible part-time schedule, ideal for those seeking meaningful work-life balance while still making a significant difference in students lives.
