Job Description

What You'll Do Premier Therapy is seeking a PRN OTR to support residents in a skilled nursing setting in Burton, OH. In this role, you'll help people regain daily function, independence, and confidence through individualized occupational therapy services.

Key responsibilities include:

Evaluate residents and develop goal-driven plans of care Deliver evidence-based treatment and adaptive strategies Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes per facility and payer standards Collaborate with nursing and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care Educate residents and families to support carryover and safety Required qualifications/skills: Current Occupational Therapist license (OTR) in Ohio (or eligible) Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehab preferred If you're a dependable PRN OTR who values quality care, apply today.
