Occupational Therapist Job Summary:
At Greenfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. As an Occupational Therapist at Greenfield, you will play a vital role in helping our guests recover and regain their independence. Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to help guests achieve their goals and regain independence Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop targeted treatment plans Utilize a variety of techniques and interventions to promote healing, strength, and mobility Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans Participate in patient care conferences and provide input on treatment plans and strategies Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio Minimum 0 years of experience in rehabilitation or healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
