Key Qualifications:

Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist or COTA Experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for working with children and supporting educators

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students needs and create therapy goals Develop and implement personalized intervention strategies for students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate, timely records and prepare detailed progress reports Contribute to IEP meetings and participate in staff development as needed Provide direct therapeutic interventions in individual and group sessions
