Ideal Qualifications:

Active OT license and eligibility to practice in the state Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (required) Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred Strong understanding of assessment tools, individualized education plans (IEPs), and evidence-based intervention strategies Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Adaptable and proactive approach with a genuine passion for helping children achieve their goals

Key Responsibilities:
