Qualifications and Experience:

Active Occupational Therapist licensure (OT) in Oregon Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong understanding of IEPs, therapeutic interventions, and documentation requirements Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work with multidisciplinary teams Dedication to supporting students' academic, behavioral, and functional goals

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapy services in accordance with students' IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and school personnel to implement intervention strategies Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services provided Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and professional development sessions Foster a positive, inclusive environment where students feel encouraged and supported
