Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, Or Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, Or Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent education/experience. Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need, or equivalent education/experience. Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS
  • American Heart Association upon hire.

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Certification Occupational Therapists Compensation $46.81 to $72.66 per Hour Depending on Experience
