Job Description

PRN Occupational Therapists Location:
Laurel View Village | Davidsville, PA Benchmark Therapies is looking for PRN OTs to join our team at Laurel View Village, a welcoming senior living community in Davidsville, Pennsylvania. This would be a meaningful opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with older adults and wants the time and support to provide thoughtful, individualized care. PRN team members enjoy flexible scheduling without guaranteed weekly hours and must provide coverage at least once every six months to remain active. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working with a team that values compassionate care, clinical judgment, and strong relationships. What You'll Do Provide engaging and specialized rehabilitation services to patients Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, and independence Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident outcomes Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems Contribute to a supportive, team-focused therapy department What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license in good standing A genuine interest in working with older adults Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills A compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach
