Qualifications:
Current Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania (or eligible for PA licensure) Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred Strong clinical reasoning and creative problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaborative abilities Passion for working with children and facilitating growth
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student needs Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in group and individual settings Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
