In this contract position, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with a small caseloadonly 12 studentsallowing for individualized care and meaningful progress with each child. Key Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with appropriate credentials for schools Experience (or strong interest) in providing OT services within a school setting Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families Commitment to fostering independence and functional skills for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of 12 students, in compliance with IEP goals and district guidelines Complete assessments, document progress, and participate in team meetings Collaborate closely with teachers and related service providers to support each childs academic and functional growth Design and implement evidence-based interventions that promote student participation and success Maintain thorough records and contribute to ongoing program development
