Job Description

Work closely with a diverse school-age population, ranging from kindergarten through age 22, within the Low Incidence Program (Autistic support, life skills, multiple disabilities) at a dedicated education center. This contract position is located near Phoenixville, PA, and typically requires availability five days per week. Your expertise in occupational therapy will have a lasting impact on students independence and quality of school life. Youll collaborate with teachers and families, provide individualized interventions, and help students achieve educational milestones.
What were looking for:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in school settings. Strong background working with students in Autistic support, life skills, and those with multiple disabilities. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage varied caseloads and maintain accurate, timely documentation. Familiarity with developing and implementing IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Compassionate professional with excellent communication skills and a commitment to student growth.
Role responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in Kage 22 as part of a collaborative Low Incidence Program. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans to address sensory, functional, and adaptive needs. Participate in team meetings, share progress, and provide staff and family education on OT strategies. Document interventions accurately and consistently to ensure compliance with program and regulatory requirements. Adjust approaches based on individual progress and classroom dynamics.
