Ideal candidates will bring:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience working within a school setting or with pediatric populations Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and support strategies for students with autism or diverse needs Strong collaboration skills to partner with teachers, families, and school staff The ability to provide creative and adaptive interventions in a busy elementary environment Professionalism, organizational skills, and a passion for supporting childrens growth and independence Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Assessing and evaluating students fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills Implementing targeted interventions and support plans within life skills and general education classrooms Documenting progress, maintaining accurate records, and participating in IEP meetings Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support Providing training and guidance to staff regarding OT interventions and strategies This full-time, onsite position provides the satisfaction of hands-on work with students while benefiting from a consistent weekday schedule, ensuring work-life balance throughout your assignment.
